Moving into an empty apartment in two weeks. I have a twin size mattress and some clothes. Part of me doesn’t want to buy furniture, because everything is temporary and finite and what’s the point of getting tied down with furniture. Then the other part of me is buy your furniture and make yourself a comfortable space and sanctuary otherwise what’s the fucking point. I guess I’ll just spent a grand on some ikea furniture and toss it when it’s time for the next chapter. Chalk it up as cost of living - fuck it.
