OP, I don't know if this is your photo, or if you just found it somewhere. But I recognized the geography immediately. It's Queen K Highway on the Kona side of Hawaii's Big Island. I moved there from the Mainland when I was a young man. Had the time of my life. Made the mistake of getting married. But still love the 'aina.

The way it's written makes it sound like each of the three things are mutually exclusive, like she is saying you can have her, or a bike, or a dog. The Fuck is she to say if I choose the dog that I can't also have a bike?

I think the phrase is meant to say "it's either me, or the bike and the dog."
