ehh, i truly love my mother. she was the one parent that cared the most, but she was still awalt. even a perfect 50's child type. I think my mom had 3 boyfriend before my father, so low n-count. doesn't matter. My dad was for sure a bit of a deadbeat dad, alcoholic. but as i've gotten older, I think he just got sick and disillusioned of family, with how much his wife nagged, with how much everyone drained him of money and the stress of being a father.
..my mothers reaction to my fathers shitiness. same as all women's reaction when men show weakness, she took him to the cleaners in the divorce, she got ownership in 2 businesses he owned, got the house, full custody and had to pay alimony and child support.
so yeah, i grew up with this amazing mother, never cheated, made home cooked meals every day, loved her kids, but the truth is her entire ability to do all of this came from the economic freedom afforded to her in the divorce. looking back too, seeing how much money my father had, she got large monthly alimony. I never knew how much. but too much. she had good morals with money, but even then she'd spend too much on the holidays, and for school, i remember her once giving all 5 of the kids $1000 each just for school clothes a few years in a row. no fucking 12 year old needs to drop $1000 just on clothes for school. but my mom was overflowing with money from the divorce and loved her kids so much she hated spending it on herself. so EVEN when the support money goes to the kids, its often spent on dumb shit. kids and women don't know shit about long term fiscal planning.
so yeah, just thought i'd share my story. my mom deserves so much respect, she wasn't a whore and loved her children dearly, but fuck, even the BEST most amazing examples of women are still AWALT, so i felt i needed to share that. my dad was a giga Chad and she always chased that and was an alpha widow that hardly dated most of her life. she eventually found the most beta pussy dude ever that dotted on her for the last 4-5 years of her life. growing up there were few people I respected more than her. she was kind, smart, and well spoken, everyone loved her. but she was just another example to me, how they can be amazing people and their shitty biology still fucks up their ability to treat men properly. i always wondered, why is every aspect of her life; career, friends, children, home, all so fucking perfect and she has such a tragic love life. as I got older I realized, she was just another awalt woman like they all are. incapable of happiness or loyalty.

it was mostly because of my grandfather who was an amazing entrepreneur, veteran of WW2 and man. that is where it came from. So even though much of the support wasn't really because of my father, he still ran the family business for decades after my grandfather died, and in cessation of who gets the estate, it still belongs to my father much more than my mother deserving it in the divorce.

My sister (3 kids), and 2 of my cousins (male with 2 children, female 1 child) live with the respective father/mother of their children, without marriage. Only one of my female cousins is married (2 children). Another (1child) is single mother.
Marriage was nonsense 20 years ago in Europe.
Even my father, still married with my mother, married her in 1972, with a separation of patrimony clause.
I really don't understand how many men in the US still value so much marriage.

Humans are as much as biological as social. This becomes obvious in the so called wild children (raised by animals). Until they have contact with society, you won't recognise in them nothing human.
And society has a purpose, the ultimate one - supposedly - being the survival of the species.
The forms of social organisation which better ensure the survival of the species should be pursued.
I don't know of any study or theory supporting that a free sexual society, is positive for the survival of the species, which, in my opinion, is related to procreation and raise of healthy children.
