Today in South Africa, we read that there are more black women than men pursuing post- matric qualifications. Globally, for every 93 men who graduate university, there are 100 women. In America, women account for 60 percent of master’s degrees and 52 percent of doctorates being awarded.

What a crock of delusional bullshit.

Ooooh "university graduates" and (zOMG!) even "master's degrees" and... "doctorates"... Wow! That's supposed to be impressive, right?

But what fields & specialties are those "degrees" (and even "doctorates") in?

When you look at the data (in this case 2009 US Census report), it ends up being far less "impressive":

Men held [received] 87 percent of the degrees in engineering fields,

while women held 76 percent of the degrees in education fields

... and women are also mainly focused in the "soft" so called "social sciences" [sic] like psychology, sociology, communications, etc.

Even more so when you look at the data on the "advanced degrees" (one very simple reason is that the "education" field -- heavily female dominated -- generally includes a [tax subsidized] "continuing education" requirement, and colleges have become rife with "bullshit" classes and degrees to support [or arguably "milk"] that system; and it is almost impossible for a woman to remain a teacher without, at some point around the 10 to 15 year mark, having accumulated enough additional "credits" to obtain a "master's degree"... and never mind that said "advanced" degree is in the equivalent of "underwater basket weaving." Likewise with the various "doctorate" degrees, the vast majority of the ones that women obtain are of {at best} dubious value {i.e. a doctorate in the "18th century Guatemalan Lesbian Poetry"}.)

-- What those heavily-tilted-towards women numbers actually represent is not that women are becoming more "educated" than men; instead it is that the university system has watered-down the very concept & value of all college "degrees" to the point that they have become farcical jokes.

The world women are living in now is one that doesn’t require the lifeblood of a man to sustain it (besides in reproduction- but even then, so many children are in foster care, the world is overpopulated blah blah so I think we’re good for the next few decades). I think that when women caught the epiphany of their power and strength, men were playing Fifa somewhere and totally missed it.

Seriously? aside of childcare (including teaching), and useless bureaucracy made up jobs in offices, men do everything the society needs. From garbage collection to power plants, everything is made by men.

With these statistics, we can confirm that more and more women have become independent, successful ,high achievers and rightfully, expect the same from their male counterparts.
