It's no big secret that they pick and choose from their book of multiple choices whenever it suits them. They also fornicate like there is no tomorrow and then ask "Jesus" for forgiveness and he ALWAYS says "YES"! And if they are not Catholics where they still have to deal with priests to some extent, then all options are WIDE open. P.S. Ya know how often I have to correct Gentile Christians over the use of Mosaic Law? Too many times to count.

Gentile Christians are not under Mosaic Law as per Acts 15:13-21.

13 When they finished, James spoke up. “Brothers,” he said, “listen to me. 14 Simon[a] has described to us how God first intervened to choose a people for his name from the Gentiles. 15 The words of the prophets are in agreement with this, as it is written:

16 “‘After this I will return

and rebuild David’s fallen tent.

17 that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord,

even all the Gentiles who bear my name,

says the Lord, who does these things’[b]—

18 things known from long ago.[c]

19 “It is my judgment, therefore, that we should not make it difficult for the Gentiles who are turning to God. 20 Instead we should write to them, telling them to abstain from food polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from the meat of strangled animals and from blood.

Gentile Christians are held to Naochide laws not Mosaic Laws. Noachide laws are in Genesis 9.

Matthew 18, Romans 1:18032, 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, Galatians 5:19, Ephesians 5:3-7, Colossians 3:5-7, 1 Timothy 1:10, Titus 1:16, and Jude 1:4, 7, 19 all say the same thing in that the penalty is no longer death as per Mosaic law for Gentile Christians for either homosexuality and non-virgin wives.

I love how every religious thread becomes autistic screeching after hamstering away the parts of that religion that do not suit them and also hamstering away the actual motivations for mass murderers (communism, socialism) by pinning it on their ideological opponents - people that do not follow their cult.

I really love the parts where they virtue signal as good and noble yet need some exterior force far beyond any man or they won't have a goddamned (pun intended) clue of what is right and what is wrong. Then they hamster away evil by their own definition of evil anyways. It's like arguing with a woman, except even religious books put women in their place.

As a Christian, I hate other Christians who have to quote from the Old Testament to make their point. The OT is the Jewish book, the Christian book is the New Testament. Just because mass publishing made it cheap to bundle them together does not mean they should both carry the same weight. Up until only 100 years Bibles typically only had the NT. Visit a museum and have a look.

Evangelicals rely on this sort of cherry picking. I could only find one instance criticizing homosexuality in the NT - can you?
