I'm 32. Certainly older looking than I was ten years ago and building muscle and losing weight are a different ball game now as well. But you know what, I take ownership of those things by acknowledging them and making adjustments to adapt.

I don't sit and complain that the margin for error is broader for younger men. I don't try and prop myself up by tearing the generation after me down. And I certainly don't go looking for some type of monetary gain through the legal system.

I bet these same women didn't feel bad about older females being pushed aside when they were much younger.
