The penalty has to be the same duration as the original crime. An independent judge needs to be given the case file with the accusers statements. The judge can't be told anything except that to execute an appropriate se sentence for the alleged crime, they will be told the person was found guilty
The accuser then serves that sentence, plus at least five years extra for making a false accusation
There needs to be a message and deterrent to stop these false accusations

Similar to this, there was a chick at a former job that I supervised who wanted my position, so she went to my boss with a harassment accusation against me. Normal company procedure was that any accusations of that sort would get reported to the police immediately. Luckily I was on good enough terms with my boss that he didn't do that and left it up to her, which she didn't pursue, but he did fire me. And gave her my old job. He never asked any questions or tried investigating.
Only after I had been gone a month did another one of my former subordinates ask what had happened to me, and that individual knew the bitch had made the story up. I got an apology phone call from the old boss, but the bitch who made the accusation kept the position anyway.

Not worth it. At-will employment state, and my ex-boss never reported the real reason why he let me go, instead used the "no reason" option officially, unofficially said I was underperforming but he didn't have the data to back that up (because I wasn't). If he'd reported above him with the bullshit lie he'd been fed then I would've been sitting in a courtroom as the defendant, not the plaintiff. If I'd sued, it'd be the bitch's word against the male subordinate, and in this clown world we live in, she'd have won the case on behalf of my ex employer. Not worth the hassle.
Also I did leave out a few details in my original story that actually make things even more fucked up and insane, but they take too long to explain and I don't want to hijack the thread.

That's changing. Me2 is more about social justice than a court one. They believe the system is corrupt to protect men. Solution? Condemn them in public, believing in every single allegation someone made. Even if you go to court and are considered not guilty, you will still have your life upside down. And that's justice for them. And they actually want more, because sexual harassment for example is very hard to prove. So the next thing they will try:
"we need to condemn more in our justice system even if some major part is innocent because that's the way we gonna end this issue, we need a witch hunt against men".

I watched a documentary on another woman who did the same shit to her boyfriend and his dad with the aid of the police detective she began cheating with. She found a job as a clerk in a police station and got the police to fabricate the a story where her boyfriend beat her, raped her and urinated on her. She also accused a man of rape 10 years prior to this and destroyed his life too. She moved into her boyfriend's home, made the accusations against her boyfriend, had the police remove him from his home, had him ordered to continue paying the mortgage and moved in her new cop boyfriend to live rent free in this guy's house.
Eventually, years later the accused boyfriend was cleared of all charges but he and his mom and dad were financially and emotionally destroyed in the end.

I believe I recently watched the same content. ......the son was a solid dude. His wife was - a typical modern woman - willing to lie repeatedly to get what she wanted without having to work. It was a female cop that didn't believe the wife's story....all the female cop did: BASIC INVESTIGATION. In fact, the cop did a LITTLE investigation and found out that this woman had lied before....when she was a teenager, she accused her friends dad of abuse.
The dude's parents are financially ruined.....lost approximately $800k in legal fees.

Yeah, the initial cops were in on it trying to frame him for her or never figured to question her accusations. It took an outside female investigator to actually investigate and with some basic police work, she figured out with ease that the man and his family were innocent.
This guys girlfriend accused his family of breaking into her home (their son's house) 8 times. She called the police the last time and informed them that her ex or his family broke in and stole her IPad. The female investigator actually did her job and used the GPS on the ex girlfriends car to prove that she planted the IPad at his parents house to attempt to frame them.

Finding the few people here that understands it feels like it saved my life. Even other divorced men don't understand. It felt like she was systematically going though a checklist of everything that I feared in life and she was going out of her way. Everything from not letting me see my daughter to trying to bed my best friend. I just wanted to die.
I feel the same way. My divorce was pretty bad and when I ping how I feel off other people; even to men who also have gotten divorced (but didn't get fucked as hard) no one pings back any sort of affirmation or acknowledgment that I'm getting fucked over. I'm the cause of all my problems. "Stop blaming others", "Stop playing the victim", "man up, you made the decision to marry her".
My ex cheated twice that I know of and who knows how many I don't. We met in high school, married when I was almost out of the military after 5 years and divorced after 3 1/2 years of marriage. I got a really good job as a conductor / engineer and as soon as I secured a good income, she filed, kicked me out and cycled a number of dudes in with her and my kids. The courts denied me custody due to the on call nature of my job and ordered I pay 45% after tax and deduction to her in child support with no legal right to leave my job to see my kids. She re-married and the next guy was unemployed for six years, is 300 pounds and smoked dope until all of his teeth fell out and now wears dentures.
Its like...wtf??? I work my ass off for her, I get a great career, I work out and keep myself in good shape and its just not enough. You meet all of her requirements and then she shifts her goal posts and now she has new requirements for men now that you're ordered to pay her and she has secured a living from you, its off to a new venture.
Ugh...I'm venting, but my point is, I COMPLETELY understand you. I completely understand the anger and how you feel. This community saved my life too. I really doubt I would be here if this community wasn't here, amongst a hand full of other things. I'm sorry you have to go through this, but we're going through it together brother. I completely understand what you're going through.

There was a story in Paris, France where a woman cheats, her boyfriends finds out, however she falsely claims the other guy raped her. Her boyfriend kills the other guy. He ends up in prison for life while she already found the next sucker. No charges raised against her.
