The problem with this is that it is still voluntary. Of course all morality is voluntary, but we have laws to create consequences for non-compliance. I don't kill people because it is wrong. However, if I ever do get the urge to do so anyway I will know that I'm likely to end up in prison for the rest of my life and become an example to others.
The problem is that even if a woman sincerely wants to do the right thing, nobody is forcing her to do so. If 5 years, or 10 years, or 30 years down the road she decides she's had enough, she can destroy your life and will probably be financially rewarded by society for doing so. Society isn't helping to keep honest people honest. Society is basically actively encouraging people to do the wrong thing.
And this is the problem with relationships with women. You basically have to always take precautions to prevent them from turning on you, because nobody else will do so for you. This is a cultural framework where you really can't trust anybody else.
This also manifests in a million ways day to day. Anytime there is a conflict, you can expect everybody including your family to take her side. You basically get zero support while she is actively rewarded if she confides in others.
I really don't see many MGTOW that I think are in healthy relationships. Sure, there are guys who spin plates and all that, but this isn't the life I want. I really have no interest in basically taking advantage of a woman so that she "knows her place" and won't take advantage of me. There are guys who just go ahead and get married, but then at that point they're just basically going down the blue pill route. Maybe they can keep up their marriage game for 30 years, but that sounds like hell to me.
It really is a sad state of affairs.
