Tbh, I would advise AGAINST watching it if you haven't yet. Even if you don't pay for it. Not only is it a bad directed movie overall with a bad lead actress, it shits on big parts of the MCU lore and the universe it has been creating.

I'm going with the unpopular opinion in here.

I asked many of my friends if Captain Marvel was REALLY necessary to watch in order to continue the plot of EndGame, they said I'd miss so much, I tried it and watched it, it wasn't "that bad", I was expecting a lot of feminist bullshit every 5 mins, actually I didn't feel too much feminism being thrown at me until the very end, the whole movie felt really "boring", it was like "meh an alien investigation movie", I really felt like the whole movie was preparing the plot for the last fight, she discovers she was kidnapped and lied and then she had to go against the ones that kidnapped her, I mean I get it, revenge and bullshit, but the last fight felt like it was too much, it from an air force pilot who was given super powers to fight bad guys by bad guys to "POWERFUL SUPREME DEMI-GOD FEMALE FIGURE WHO CAN TRAVEL TO OUTER SPACE AND CAN DEFEAT FEMALE BOSS WHO IS IN ANOTHER GALAXY WHILE SHE'S DREAMING"

It really felt like bullshit at the very end, too exaggerated, I wouldn't say "it was an awful movie" but yeah, for being a Marvel movie it really felt BORING AND DISAPPOINTING AS FUCK, the male scenes had a lot more excitement, the fight between Fury and the disguised alien in the car was way more exciting than the "Super Duper Demi-God woman superhero", the plot could have been developed better, I mean, when she first came to earth it appears like she's going to be a good character, but the ending didn't feel good at all.

And I honestly feel like the movie had bad scores for the public opinions that the actress made, yeah it was a boring movie that I wouldn't recommend people IN ORDER TO WATCH ENDGAMES, it felt more like a generic super hero movie with no relation to the rest of the Marvel universe at all

You can watch Capitan Marvel by downloading it over bittorrent. No money goes to bitchy actor, fastforward through most of it to just get the parts you want to see. (Or go read the wikipedia plot summary.)

Yep, that's what I did. Skipped the BS and just went for what was likely the last good Marvel movie. Now they'll be going into SJW mode just like the comics, make a bunch of shitty movies that fail and blame it on "Superhero burnout" instead of recognizing the hard truth of "get woke, go broke"
