Ummm, someone misspelled landwhale as girl, confusing. Also, being thin, skinny, whatever is a very healthy thing. Contrary to what most people think having tons of bodyweight, even muscle, puts a strain on the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. Always. This might be nothing up to 35, but it will sting like hell after 40. If someone doesn't enjoy lifting weights or maintaining proper physical activity to ensure healthy heart at 180+ lbs bodyweight he should stay in sub-180 lbs zone. Which basically means, you'll always have smaller thighs than a landwhale.
