I am a vegan, mostly for health reasons but also because plant protein is much cheaper and tastes better than animal protein, its also much easier to prepare and since going vegan a week before Christmas, my digestion got a lot better, I used to get constipated eating large amounts of animal protein, now I eat like 80-90g of fiber a day and never have this problem. I also get all my vitamins and minerals, I supplement vitamin D because I work the evening shift at my job and I supplement B12 also. Also, ever since going vegan my energy levels have gotten a lot better than before, I used to be tired all the time and felt weak because I didnt eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, now I eat around 5 to 8 fruits per day and I love it. People at work always find it weird that I bring 500g of quinoa with 500g of lentils and one guy recently told me that I should eat meat instead but he clearly doesnt understand how unhealthy his lifestyle is, he has a huge belly and looks terrible and eats a lot of junk food. The vegan diet is also perfect for what I am trying to achieve, I now weigh 167.77 pounds and I am trying to get to 210 pounds at 15% body fat in 3 years and I know how to get there, less than a month ago I was at 162 pounds, I am making great gains and for very cheap too, the vegan diet is proof that you can be poor and make amazing muscle gains very quickly.

Vegan, in a Buddhist way. Which means, I won't buy/order/make it. But if I'm a guest somewhere, and they offer me food I accept whatever is given to me.

I mainly just want to cut out red meats and fried shit, just wanna stick to baked fish, shrimp and chicken breast. I don't really want to go full vegan.

Im condsidering it myself. Mainly I want to give up gluten but I do see myself at the very least cutting out red meat which I honestly havent eaten in at least 6 years, so slno meat may not be the case for me but at least more veggies and fruit for sure.

Whole foods and avoiding sugar is good, but veganism isn't that great. Plants have anti nutrients in them and also vegans are likely to be deficient in b12, creatine, Boron, other minerals. Keto ftw

Haven't given up meat entirely, I'm more experimenting with pescatarianism myself. I still enjoy red meat from time to time but am trying to eat more veggies in general.

Yeah! Going vegan is the best you can do, not only due to ethical reasons but also for bodily and heath ones. I'm 198 cm tall and weigh 100kg, pure muscle mass - all thanks to a plant-based diet. Since I went vegan 4 years ago, I feel as strong as I have never done before!

Be careful with the Vegan thing, we have a larger requirement for meat than our closest animal relative - the Chimp. Chimps are 90%+ herbivores and can fully survive without meat if i'm correct. They still hunt monkeys because they are smart enough to understand that meat is superior to plants.

Not trying to hate, do what you want - that's basically MGTOW. But if you wanna know more i can discuss this with you. Veganism is another SJW/Leftist unicorn world idea. It's clear to see when you look past the propaganda and into the logic and facts.

I'm more balanced between meat and vegetables.

It's hard to get a muscular body being a vegan without a shit ton of supplements.

Though I will say since I eat more vegetables in my diet and cutting out simple carbs/sugar my energy level is through the roof.

Matter of fact my to go breakfast meal is a vegetable/fruit/protein powder shake mixed together with ice.

Tastes amazing and I get all of the main food groups in the morning while boosting my energy for school/work.

As an integrative nutrition specialist, who was vegan for 1.5 years, and a fellow MGTOW, I urge you to reconsider and eat meat again. I don't normally take the time to convince anyone anymore, but I care about your health as a man of this movement.
