Here's an idea.

In a month or so, approach HR. Make a big thing about how you were really nervous to come forward, but you think you have to, you hope they won't fire you...

Then, tell them that you're transgender.

The way I see it, they can:

Fire you - then you sue them for discriminating against transgender, and they pay you off to go away.
Accept what you said - and then if any of the women complain about you, you accuse them of being trans-phobic.

In this environment you will have to be careful, some of the women will want to give you attention, fuck me eyes, and they know what they are doing. You can't take the bait, they'll want you to though. I worked as a night shift RN with nearly exclusively women, I took the bait way too many times and had physical relationships with multiple female coworkers. I took the bait one last time from one, and it was a trap. Straight to HR, investigated, fired etc. Was fun while it lasted, but realistically all these women had significant others. They put it right out there on the line for the taking. So things will go great until they don't. Good luck. Also, never give a shit about any of them. That isn't to say don't converse, just don't pay interest or let them influence you. Play your own game, good luck.

Cameras are your best friend.

My office is secluded and sometimes it's just me and one other person up there all morning. I'm the first salary person on site for a couple hours each day, and I spent a year asking my boss to install security cameras to keep an eye on things in case of theft and also create evidence in case HR ever had to get involved in handling false accusations.

We get a lot of new temps, and about half the time they're 18/19yr old girls at their first factory job. Any time someone gets flirty or starts acting out of sorts, I point out the camera and it stops immediately. Best investment ever.
