Morty; "Yeah, but-"

Rick; "Morty, trust me! This crap is just to pander to some whiney babies who can't fathom what we do, and what we're about! In a week's time; there're gonna be all over the next big issue. Wh-what month is it? Oh yeah, give it a few weeks, they'll be all over the mid-terms, while we are up to our elbows in ice cream."

Morty; "Huh, yeah... I guess. Suppose you're right, Rick."

Rick; "Well duh! Now stop being a little b-tch Morty, let's get back to it."

In rick and morty, Rick constantly says school is a joke and piratical experience is more valuable. If that is not a message worth listening too, I dont know what is.

Damn, I was hoping the "article" actually had something to say. And for those wondering, it doesn't really sound like he dislikes it, more like it scares him. Probably all the red pills.

I came across the article yesterday and did read it.

It doesn't go on a full misandric rant but did a decent bit of white-knighting women/feminism. Writer actually admitted enjoying some the show and mostly exposed a sense of fear/disgust toward the raw exposition of what one could identify as redpill/DGAF-"alpha" attitudes/life truths all over the show and what that means on the average male audience, calling both Rick and Morty examples of a "damaged masculinity" -- Rick being the extreme of arrogant confident almighty male and Morty the extreme of the respectful, insecure beta male.

It doesn't attack the show as much as the title suggests and even praises pieces of it. I suspect the tittle acted as a sucessful clic-bait and the whiteknighting a forced pass many writers are dealing with to not be labeled sexist.
