I've never been married but I can relate. My mother did that to everyone in the family. She'd act like she was OK with something, then sabotage it and make all sorts of excuses to defend herself for doing so. One of the many things that contributed to my confirmed bachelorhood.

MGTOW is not a movement. It is an idea. An idea that has been around for thousands of years, but is channeled more through MGTOW ideals and philosophy.

We aren't trying to change anything. We don't care if society changes its laws or not. We don't care if all women tomorrow decided to swear off feminism. MGTOW is about the individual. If anyone is looking for a movement go to MRA.

Had my father in law say this in front of a group at dinner. He was mentioning the “happy wife, happy life” bullshit.

I said it was unfair for one party to have that much control and that a “happy team is living the dream”. Any man who allows their partner to have control over their happiness is to be gotten rid of immediately.

For those who are married or in relationships, never let a woman do this to you. You should never have to ask to do your hobbies.

I still can't believe that I used to post shit like this like it was some sort of badge of honor when I was married. I used to daydream in traffic about driving my car into a wall rather than coming home. Now that I am free I have never been happier.

AWALT. I learned, it's not good to look happy in front of women. It triggers them. It's like being put in a prison because you are seen as horrible criminal and you being happy. A woman is going to think, you aren't being punished enough for being born with XY instead of XX. You can look happy only when the women around you are happy.

I've seen this forum arguing about how to define MGTOW before, people claiming it is not a movement, philosophy, etc. Logically, since we are all going our own way, each individual definition is right. You define what MGTOW means to you, not others, not this forum, not the YouTube and BitChute performers. I won't tell you what it means to me unless you ask, but I will be happy to show you how to walk your own path.
