The simplest line I ever heard (I forget what it was from) said ;

“When a woman is describing the qualities she likes (kind, funny, empathetic, silly, tender) she’s picturing brad Pitt acting those ways.”

I heard this quote on something a decade ago.

She’s excluding the whole “you have to be like brad Pitt / already have my attraction to begin with, but then I also want you to behave these ways on top of being attractive”

Acting those ways won’t win her approval. They’re just a list of extras after someone already has it. She’s not actually listing what you need to get it.
