When I was younger, I didn't see an issue with this, however bottom line is young boys are programmed to want to fuck and it's exploitation. Sure it doesn't do immediate harm, but there are many cases where the boy ends up marrying the woman. One day he'll wake up and realise he was inadvertently enslaved by the actions of his dick and her exploitation. One thing a lot of people don't understand is that defense attorneys have a duty to provide a zealous defense. When we see a ridiculous defense, such as this one, it means that even the best lawyer is completely fucked when it comes to defending their client.

I hope the book gets thrown at her and she hits the wall hard in prison. The double standard for these types of crimes needs to be set in stone.

Im iffy on weather the law should be symmetrical here. Girls are vulnerable sexually, they can get pregnant. Boys want that sex, and what harm is there for them? well obviously, heart break and STDs, as there are with any human, but are underaged boys any more vulnerable then men in these ways? What boy ever feels exploited that gets to have consensual sex with an adult woman?
