Be kind to urself and do not blame urself.
Go for walks and workouts.
Go see friends and enjoy some outdoor activities. Tell em about ur breakup but don’t ramble on and on.
Find some breathing exercises on YouTube to help alleviate anxiety. Do em 3-4 times a day and when ever u experience high anxiety. Anxiety from breakups usually go away in 45-60 days
Eat well and stay away from anything that could create dependence. E.g. alcohol
It’s ok to feel sad. Feel sad if that’s what u feel like. Best would b to allocate a time of day to sit down and just feel sad and experience that pain. We feel pain for a reason, so let it work.

Just leave whatever happened as a thing of past. Just keep a confidence that you tired your best to keep the relation perfect, but the person for you didn't deserve it.

Pack your bags and go somewhere to relax your mind and just come out of it, then just return and start fresh, without any thought of having a relation with a girl or women.

Then just keep your breakup experience in mind to keep yourself away from them, or just recall those experiences to say 'NO' to someone who tries for you and ghost them up.
