Have you ever been in a serious relationship, gotten dumped or divorced? Be honest, not for us but for yourself. Some are just not good with women or relationships, many see the extreme entitlement, want nice new cars, new phones, material things and expected to be treated like royalty and get pissed when get what do t want without any efforts at all. For some is simply avoiding risks. Many others have been burned badly by having kids together, getting divorced, having kids ripped away, being financially and emotionally decimated , have had false claims, get fired and lost career and see that courts are never really fair

Always be aware that many people are very entitled, will take advantage of you, always looking for more excitement, better situation and more benefits. Once get older will find that divorces, alimony and child support can take 1/3 to 1/2 of your life’s earnings, house, retirement funds and investments. If you have a considerable amount and get divorced, she can get 1/2 plus all of the other struggles that go along with it. The older you get the higher the probability if it happening. You don’t even have to be married if in a common law state.

For me I am older and Very close to FI and absolutely refuse to put my finances from years of hard work, long time of saving and investing and retirement plan at risk.

I think you are asking the right questions but in my opinion may be being a little too optimistic about the conclusion. I have kids and chose to leave my marriage but I saw lots of other marriages that were demonstrably 'worse' than mine which very much had me going out on a limb.

Here is another way you might look at it. You say your mom would never cheat on your dad. I'm inclined to believe that and let's say that its true. What else makes the marriage so great? How busy does your mom keep your dad and what would he be doing if he were alone? I pursue my hobbies and I very much enjoy my peace. Also enjoy my time with the kids doing what I wish with them. What precisely will a female be improving (or at least not consuming) for you?

Definitely true. There are only a few real mgtow who have chosen this path because they are psychologically suited to it. Others just use it as a shield to cover up their hatred of women. After 8 years, 50% divorce rate not including those that got incarcerated or committed suicide. 20% living in varying forms of cuckoldry, financially bankrupt and miserable (doing time). 10% saying they are happy and flat out lying about it. 10% actually happy. 2nd and 3rd marriages fair even worse. About 75% of all first marriages end up in divorce if a women has had more than 2 partners, about 90 % of that 75% is initiated by women and in about most if not all cases it is cause they feel un happy. You’re right that a lot of guys, myself included find RP after going through hard times or soul crushing divorce and child custody issues with women.

She’s new in town, “looking for a Good Man” and Dad just wants to “help her out”. Women work and work longer as men. They now spend more time together with men co worker than their own family. Not every man is gentleman their will lot who will slowly seduce .
