I think it is safe to say that the majority of M.G.T.O.W. here are not tradcons; if you are one, in this post, we shall discuss why it is an inefficient and suboptimal worldview. Tradcons believe that a man's job is to provide for his family and a woman's job is to take care of the family's house.

Most civilizations used this type of arrangement as the division of labor was almost equal. I say this because back then, most jobs required physical strength, and most of the housework took way more effort. Take, for example, the task of washing one's clothes. Without washing machines, one would have to travel to a river and spend all day rubbing clothes on a rock. The feminist narrative, claiming that women were oppressed throughout history because they weren't allowed to work, is nonsense; since the available work for men isn't something you would consider glorious. Most people took up occupations like farming, hunting, woodcutting, bricklaying, and the like. Although scholarly trades were a thing, they were rarely an option for lower to middle-class men. Considering that they never were sent off to fight wars and protect their homeland, upper-class women had a better quality of life than most men.

Today, the advent of modern technology has made it possible for an individual to survive alone. We have appliances like washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, toilets, along with other types of equipment that reduce labor significantly. Devices like robotic vacuum cleaners and cooking accessories are getting better day by day. Moreover, the progression of our society has resulted in the creation of new jobs such as restaurant chefs and daycare workers, which allows one to focus on one's profession and comfortably rely on others for one's daily sustenance.

Given all this, it would be thoughtless for one to want a stay-at-home wife, as the risks outweigh the benefits. There is the ever-hovering danger of getting divorce-raped. Assuming that you start a family, there is the possibility of dying before your time, leaving your partner incapable of providing for your family. Ask yourself if you want to handle all this pressure of being the sole earner. Even if you are wealthy, it would be wiser to hire maids and butlers.

There are a billion reasons to follow the M.G.T.O.W. philosophy, which would take up two or three posts in itself. However, being a tradcon isn't one. They encourage you to tie yourself to a woman, which will result in the loss of your individuality and freedom. If you are a traditional conservative, I hope this post challenged your perspective and gave you some new insights.
