Listen up newbs. I remember when 60DoD first hit this sub. It was a MOVEMENT. Guys chimed in left and right with their progress, ideas, and testosterone driven fire. It was so successful it got it's own place on the sidebar and turned boys into the men you see today.

 

I thought about writing on this week's topic, but you hear veterans post advanced stuff on this sub on a weekly basis. This shit is for YOU. It's the foundation you're going to build yourself on. So I don't care if you just discovered negging or super sets...lets fucking hear about it. I'm calling you out. Stop lurking and leeching and post. Who knows, maybe us vets will learn some new tricks too.
