The Reading about dominance, lifting, maintaining attractiveness causes some men to worry about how they can maintain fulfilling intimate relationships as they age. Below are the stories of two 93-year-old men who illustrated to me how the Red Pill continues to apply in our senior years.

The Natural Alpha
The Natural was a competitive athlete in his younger years. He was tall, strong, and had attractive facial features. He dated and went on to marry. He was financially successful in business, but protected his personal time to remain fit, educated, and socialize. When he retired, he picked up several new hobbies, including playing cards at a professional level, woodworking, and other masculine pursuits. His wife died when he was in his 80's. He then met a younger widow whom he describes as his "partner."

The Natural is now 93, his partner is 66. They have been together for several years. Each has their own apartment, but she stays at his place frequently. She cooks for him, cleans his apartment, and joins him for social events, but most of his time is spent separate from her. His life is too busy to attach himself too closely to any woman, and he has no interest in allowing her to become a dependent. They will not live together, and both of them are happy with this arrangement.

“Do you know what the secret is? Never stop improving yourself. I read every day. I make time to lift weights. I find new hobbies and make new friends.”

The Reverend
The Reverend’s mission was his priority. He was a natural leader who spent his early adult life building churches. He visited new towns, physically built the churches with his own two hands, and built a community of followers who would join the church. For his wife and son, his mission was the priority. They moved with him, helped him build the churches, and found ways to be productive and happy. The Reverend had a difficult upbringing but did not discuss it or allow it to get in his way. He maintained that one cannot control the world around you, only your reaction to it. “I choose to be happy. Today is the best day of your life. Yesterday’s gone, tomorrow ain't. This is the only day you’ve got.”

When the Reverend’s wife died, there was an endless stream of women vying for his attention. He selected a woman 30 years younger. She was attractive, energetic, enthusiastic, and completely submissive to him. To her, his words were the rule of the house and the rule of God. She was not as intelligent as his late wife, but still became part of his mission. She helped him to recruit the church community in the assistance of seniors and in his other pursuits.

The Reverend continued to read, play musical instruments, do woodworking, and look after all the finances. He was the leader that the other ministers looked to for advice. He was not physically imposing or muscular, but the strength of his conviction moved people to admire and support him. A decade after his death, his wife has not pursued any other man. In her mind, no one else could compare. She is truly an alpha widow.

Lessons learned

  1. Lift

  2. Read non-fiction

  3. Constantly learn new things

  4. Make your mission your priority

  5. Socialize outside your marriage

  6. Choose to be happy. Nobody else can do it for you.

  7. The Red Pill tools can provide a framework for satisfying relationships that last a lifetime. It doesn’t end when you are too old to get IOI’s from 20-year-old HB9’s or some other PUA nonsense. At age 93, these men had happy, sexually and emotionally satisfying relationships on their own terms, and their partners adore them.

Edit: Apparently some people have difficulty believing that exceptional people can exist. I'm sad for you. These are real stories and direct quotes. One was an acquaintance and the other is my patient.
