I think the term alpha is useful to describe the individual who successfully asserts dominance in a specific interaction or consistently within a relationship. I think its the wrong term to describe "winning at life" although it correlates. I think "high value" is a better description.

An alpha is a man who knows what he wants and constantly strives to achieve his goals. Self improvement, and being aware of ones limits, then pushing the boundaries of those limits are the primary motivating factors in a true alphas life.

Trying to fuck as many girls as James Bond is what a 17 year old thinks being redpill is all about.
