career beta, unplugging for 3-4 months. maybe 5% of the way there so far.

thank you blue pill professor for the rapid info upload into my skull from your youtube videos. I listen while working out. NNMNG finished and now on MMSLP and so much re-wiring to do...

fitness: ran and lifted in alternating sequence all week. leanest I've been in 15 years. diet is tight. still have 8-10% body fat to lose career: making moves to change career focus to what i enjoy. submitted first grant application. killing it there. wife: I'm still in STFU mode, some A and A, but it'll take a lot more practice to conceal and eliminate the butthurt facial reaction and tone, especially when she shittests in front of kids. But no victim puke this week at all. learning to implement the 2/3 rule. kids: son is responding to me more instinctively. Do daughters take more time to believe and respond to the changes? social: going out with the guys tonight.

This week wasnt so great for me. I blame the Comey testimony as I was sure Donald wud finally be impeached. He is such an A hole!

I wanted to diet and excersize but by Tuesday I gave up the dieting after I scarfed down a very big box of chocolate chip cookies. I didnt start the gym because the treadmill was on the fritz and I dont want to lift weights so as not to get bulky

My wifes kids were also so disrespectful that I screamed so loud that I lost my voice.

And my boss gave credit for the Jones sale to my frenemy colleague even though I did a months worth of analysis. He only took them to a baseball game and dinner

Mostly beta for 15 years of marriage, not a good leader, dead bedroom...found MRP about 3 months ago, quit porn, reading MMSLP, NMMNG, BP Prof book, Pook, Sex God Method...joined gym, lift for muscle, use elliptical to cut belly fat, trying to get 6 pack, always been thin but not muscular. I changed my diet to cut out 90% alcohol, sweets, junk. I eat fruit and maximize protein. I start wearing cologne and dressing better.

Wife notices and thinks I'm going through a midlife crisis. I initiate 1000% more than before. She thinks it's because exercise increases testosterone- because I told her that. Yesterday my wife sees me changing out of workout clothes, touches my firmed up ass, looks me over, and says to me "you're growing boobs". I say, "yeah, I may not need you much anymore" laugh and ask her if she wants to join me in the shower. She declined but I didn't get butt hurt and laugh it off.

I'm making progress in a short time period, have many ups and downs, there's a long way to go in re-wiring my brain, it's a marathon, not a sprint. I need to become the prize and then see myself as that prize. I need to establish male friendships for social activity- I haven't figured that one out yet. Lots to do. Will stick with the program this week.

Week 3 of nsuns 5/3/1,I'm sore everywhere. Really loving this program so far. Yea, it's a little awkward benching 120lbs amraps after doing 5X5 and Greyskull for 6 months but the change is just what I needed. I need to find another simple protein source for my daily macros. I can still stomach Greek Yogurt, Eggs and tuna but I've somehow managed to build a mental barrier towards chicken. Fuck chicken...

2 weeks without my Adderal prescription. The first 2 days were a bitch but it's smooth sailing now. I was using it as a crutch for almost a year and decided to cancel my doctors appointment for a refill. I've also halved my nicotine lozenge dosage from when I quit dipping after finding MRP 7 months ago. Still drinking too much Beer. Social drinking about every other weekend is a MAJOR improvement from pre MRP but my goal is to stop at 3 or 4 during those times, not 7 or 8.

I'm much more in tune with my feeeelings and emotions since stopping the Adderal. This means STFU will be slightly increased and some re-reading of the side bar material for my immediate future.
