My mind was in the shittiest dark corners from age 16-22. It took a lot of work on myself, dropping out of college, and finding a job that I thrive in, even if it's not perfect. I believe in you, my fellow men. I'm now 24 and happier than I've ever been in my life. You guys can do it too.

I'm of the belief that, if you go through a trying experience, as a person, you have an obligation to share your take on your experience with others who may be going through that difficult situation. To try to help others so that they might not have as difficult a time as you did.

We are all different, our experiences and biases are different, strengths and weaknesses.

We as humanity have lost many great people to a moment of weakness when their mental strength failed them. We owe it to them to make it easier for the next poor bastard that falls upon hard times.

Those were the hardest years for me. 16 was still good, but the end of 17-22 were very difficult. Glad you made it.

Me too. I had a good buddy and a cousin my age within a year who didn't. I do it for them.
