I've been thinking about false rape claims and how as guys we can beat them. none of us can afford to have our lives ruined this way.

video recording encounters appears on the surface to be a good solution and has saved many people. AnnArchist gave me this great link to lots of cases where video was able to get guys cleared:

however video has several problems:

  • its not easily portable
  • it uses a lot of storage
  • its explicit and makes people uncomfortable as well as being weird
  • it has to be pointed in the right direction
  • in many/most places its illegal

So here's the two step process i'm going to start using, which I'm pretty sure will work if a case went to court. IANAL. also, i'm going to be pretty explicit, so you've been warned. :-)

1:

use an audio recording of when you're in bed with her. a cheap audio recorder can store a ton of audios (1 hour is maybe 10mb), its easily carried and doesn't need to be pointed in the right direction. you can keep it in your house or take it with you travelling. cellphones can also be used this way. its not very intrusive and only mildly weird.

2:

When you have the girl in bed and are about to enter her, enter only about half an inch. then pull out again. keep going in and out a half an inch ONLY. in seducing a woman (from when you first meet her) this is the only time as men we have the advantage; this is when they are desperate for full penetration from us.

so tell her, you'll only go in completely when she says something.. in the past i've made them tell me "oh give it to me please" or funny things.. but i'm thinking more along the lines of something more unusual which provides for clear consent. i've bedded a lot of women and this works without fail. the longest any of them has ever been able to resist has only been 3-4 minutes, the normal is 30 seconds. i have never not had a girl agree to a reasonable verbal request when they're in this state. try it and you'll see. it also crystalizes in HER mind beyond any doubt that she wanted it to happen, which is really important when she's thinking about the experience the next day.

if there was ever a false rape accusation you can just produce the audio and it demonstrates clear consent (actually not just consent, this is a REQUEST) for penetration.

sure, its not perfect, the audio could be disputed but in reality i think this is pretty likely to get most false rape claims thrown out immediately.

i'll add in a bonus step 3, which should be obvious but just in case its not:

3:

treat the girl well afterwards. even if its a one night hookup, call her once or twice, and maybe see her again in a social environment.. make her feel ok about it afterwards.. if she feels ok with you then there's much less likelihood of problems.
