the appeal to become a herd, an along with the crowd fails because most of us came here because we were sick of going along with the crowd.

Great article but the one point I couldn't agree with is the planed parenthood segment. The fact that the only way(from my understanding) a woman can get pregnant is through sexual intercouse with a male or artificial insemination, it is on part of the male that the reason there is now a baby at hand. Condoms are 90+% effective in preventing STI fromspreading, and I think 90+% effective in preventing pregnancies, so I don't really see how a woman can be at fault for having the baby. I DO BELIEVE a man should have a choice in having te baby, but we men already have that choice: not having sex without pulling out or using a condom. Thoughts?

I think men for the most part are individualists by nature. This is our curse and blessing. By being self sufficient we can adapt to many situations. The other side of the coin is that we hurt our position by being the lone wolf in the crowd that no one can hear.

Women on the other hand have a tendency to be part of a herd. To be drawn to a group think mentality. This is why when they speak, it is so loud. Numbers always get the attention.

Of course, this does not apply to all. Though, after watching men and women in groups, this is the behavior I see the most.

As a man we discuss many rights issues, and the issue of circumcision is not one of them. Women bring it up all the time, but men - not so much. I think this comes from female circumcision, which is an issue. The transference to the other gender is not valid, in my opinion.
