I really think it's definitely abusive. But it is comparing apples to oranges here. False accusations are definitely forms of mental and emotional abuse and stem from a person who is trying to harm a person. Different kinds of abuse that should not be compared in severity.

There are rapes that can be worse than being accused of rape, and vice versa. They really are two completely different offenses though.

A false rape accusation is WORSE than rape. Much, much worse! Anyone who says otherwise is a pervert who should be carefully watched.
