i'm really curious as to how this is going to play out. a few scenarios:

a) most men will stop dating or having sex with classmates. not worth the risk.

b) if and when they do have sex, always be recording.

c) someone who is unquestionably innocent is going to be expelled, sue, and the law will be overturned.

d) someone who is unquestionably innocent is going to be expelled, sue, and no one will give a shit.

unfortunately the answer will probably be d.

I have worked up to the idea that extremist women are a result of an impossible expectation for love and affection. When they don't get it they result to use of victimhood (feminism) or things like false claims of rape to get attention.

The article states:

Karasek and 30 students and alumni filed a Title IX complaint in February against UC Berkeley for “systematically mishandling sexual assault cases.”

So feminists who have never actually been victimized are speaking out against a University for rapes that are really fraudulently reported. This is what I meant by impossible expectation for attention; it has to collapse somewhere.

As if it wasn't already intimidating enough as a boy having casual sex in college. Before we know it we'll need to record consent videos on our phones before and after intercourse to be kept as evidence.
