Not off base in the slightest bit cause feminists have not a damn clue of reality. They blame men for things that really isn't anyone's fault but women because the fact is alot of women take part time jobs for lower pay, some have really crappy college degrees, and rarely ever set foot into a higher pay but higher work environment.

They claim wage gap and discrimination but its just how things work.
