It's the usual massive ignorance. All you can do is call them out on it.

Gotta love the one poster demanding credible sources be linked, then as soon as they are, she handwaves them away when they don't fall into her programming. Reading from the start, she is careful to respond to every. single. thing. posed to her, yet she just happens to 'miss' the one thing she requests... /Facepalm

I believe the key with MRActivism is pitching the message to those who can understand the logic and the principles. There will always be people who will oppose the MRM because it conflicts with their beliefs. People who are dogmatic are not likely to change their minds - energy used on them to argue is wasted when it could be directed to people who have yet to calcify their thoughts.
