I think it highlights gender stereotypes in that it's assumed to be the woman in the submissive role due to her gender and not her personality. Using same sex examples illustrates that it's not gender but personality that must be taken into account. It's an over-simplification, each case needs to be examined individually; there is no catch all solution when it comes to people.

Is it really at all rape though? I mean, why not just call it what it is, if you regret it in the morning, it was a stupid decision. The fact that you made the choice inebriated or not doesn't make it less your choice, because you chose to become inebriated. Keep in mind we are talking about a theoretical situation here where two inebriated consensual adults decided to have sex. The issue is a bit more complex when one party is drunk and the other isn't, but even here it's very biased towards women. If a woman gets drunk and a man has sex with her and she regrets, she can call rape, but if a man gets drunk and a woman has sex with him and he regrets, it was a stupid idea to get drunk.

For some reason our culture sees sex for men and woman differently. Men should take what they can get, and be quiet if they don't like it. A woman can pick and choose what she wants, as long as she's attractive enough. I have seen many more women then men get actually upset and angry when refused sex, even for a good reason, like the fact that the other is in a relationship with someone else.

My point is, if I go to a party tomorrow, and a very unattractive lady starts bothering me the entire night making her intentions very clear to me, and eventually she just jumps me without any consent or indication that I want that whatsoever after I let my guard down with a few drinks in me, people will see it as a fun story to spread around. Reverse the sexes here and you have a sexual harassment at best, an attempt at rape (or even rape) at the worst. A man can be put in jail for this, a woman just has a funny story.

Well, in the feminist "theory" that's a mathematical singularity ;)

That is, the feminist hypotheses don't have answers for these two examples, because feminism is about men vs. women exclusively, and everything else doesn't matter.

Another way to explain such singularity would be that there is actually an answer for both questions, something like: "Who the fuck cares?", but the political correctness doesn't allow them to say that :)

Well, the premise of this brainteaser:

According to feminists and popular media, if a drunk man and a drunk woman have sex without verbal consent, the man raped the woman.

isn't true, so I, as a feminist, won't even bother to answer it. The gender of the drunk person doesn't matter.

When you say "according to feminists X is true" make sure that feminists actually agree X is true.
