women don't collaborate on anything. Wikipedia and OpenSource projects mostly consist of male contributers, by an overwhelming majority. For Opensource projects, even if you don't code, you can still do documentation; and ANYONE can contribute to Wikipedia, they just don't.

There was an article a while ago that showed testosterone increased generosity when there wasn't a perceived threat. This seems to show something quite similar.
