It depends on the city. I was working for a program that had a male DV and female DV outpatient treatment program. The programs were similar.

I'm sure it varies from place to place. I do know that my cousin's ex had to do court ordered counseling after she attacked him. I don't know anything about what that counseling entailed. I believe it was an anger management deal. I don't know if it was tailored to DV.

Yes, treatment programs are at least legally required to take women who are abusers.

Under the VAWA 2013 reauthorization, gender and sexual orientation discrimination in services is illegal, and if a court orders treatment, the perp, whatever their gender, should have it made available to them, because it's all funded at least in part with VAWA dollars.

You mean the 70% of aggressors in domestic violence complaints, even though many jurisdictions impose a statute that at least one party be "detained", and it is usually the male regardless of the statistical improbability that he is the aggressor?

Yeah, they're called "Women's shelters" and they treat them by assuring women that they never do anything wrong. Ever.
