Well , I can't connect to that page for whatever reason (maybe it's something to do with my VPN) but in any case , the best way to avoid the "divorce trap" is to simply not get married in the first place.

I would love to see the marriage rate plummet even more. We need a few million men "going their own way," and only then will society begin to start asking the pointed questions that they've been ignoring.

In my life, I've been shamed and abused far more by woman than I have by men, and I'm sure I'm not the only person who feels that way.

Basically it all throws the blame back on the men that they should be finding better quality women who share more similar interests.

Where statistics are showing that men are growing tired of getting married and becoming divorce statistics, so they are packing up their toys and heading home.

To be fair, this is practiced on the parts of both men and women... it's just that financially, divorce fucks over men way harder than it does women. Nevertheless, for both sexes, picking a long term mate based on the wants of the little head is a bad life choice.

The only way for men to avoid the "Divorce Trap" is to not get married. This is MRA/MGTOW/Red Pill/etc. lesson number 1.

This article, supposedly written by two professional therapists, is scary. The idea that you can pick a lifetime partner correctly is silly. As these professionals know not only do people grow, digress, or otherwise change, sometimes they just fake it until they can cash in. You'd think these bozos would know that after 100 years of gold-digger marriage.

Most women get married with divorce as part of their 5-year plan nowadays. They figure if they can just do this for 5 years or so, they'll get a house, a car, and an alimony check. (Plus child support.) It has nothing to do with love.

The problem is even if one follows all that advice, there is still a significant risk of falling foul of the "divorce trap", as the author says, until our archaic divorce laws (which are actually getting more 'archaic) are reformed to reflect true equality there will always be this divorce trap.
