I remember my dad saying how he’d have to change me in the trunk of the car because there weren’t any baby changing stations in the mens room. I’m glad I see most of these in mens restrooms nowadays

This is something I complain to my wife about constantly. I was the primary caretaker to our child and it’s a game changer when baby related things are available to men.

Our public pool had so many baby related things in the womens side (like a freakin’ crib the babies could stand in while you change) and the mens had nothing.

I've spoken to a woman about how she think men's rooms don't have these changing stations at all. And when I told her that some in fact did, she spun it around saying something along the lines of, "Men restrooms, not having as many changing stations as women's do, is a testament to men not being expected to change babies diapers or take care of the child at all. All dad's do is be lazy not taking care of their kids. Men are horrible and need to take the burden too wtf they need more changing stations!" And my thought process was no where near that vile or man hating. My first thought was: "Hmm well maybe society, which is mostly women, have inherent Misandric views on men spaces and we should work together to make sure we change societies views on Father's specifically. Lack of changing rooms is proof of prejudice against fathers, not proof of how men suck. Like what..

Not going to lie, it's super nice for single dads, BUT if the kid has a super huge blowout, It's kind of nice to walk into a bathroom and not have any options and pass the kiddo off to the wife.
