The whole justification for a registry of any kind for men is that repeated patterns of behaviour in the past mean they are more likely to be continued. So surely the same theory and logic must apply to females and false rape accusers?

We have a registry for false accusers. As soon as she is officially on the legal record as being a false accuser we could add her to the list also.
