Just remember to get a police officer to perform a breathalyzer test on her to make sure she is sober, otherwise her consent will not be valid.
Also you need a licensed psychologist on hand to ensure that she is in a secure state of mind and that you are not psychologically manipulating her into consent.
You also need the document signed in triplicate and in front of several non-bias witnesses.
Said Witnesses should also remain to observe the sex, to ensure that only acts outlined in the aforementioned document are performed.

Also with every copy of the contract a blood sample of the woman needs to be submitted so the authorities can run every known drug test to man.
And even then the woman can still play the "but it felt like rape"-card afterwards.

Where do we attach the .mnd file which is a scan of the other parties brain at the time that proves they actually willingly signed it and it wasn't under duress. Without that, this is all null and void by saying 'I felt scared that I would be hurt if I didn't agree'.
Also, this doesn't help you if you don't have sex. You can be a virgin and still be accused, since evidence doesn't matter.
