Hey, I wanted to run this though the community before I talk to the lawyers, but would a simple consent giving app be suffice to hold against a rape case?

I would have multiple fields that would be stored, a signature taking field, but most importantly a video would be taken to take her demeanor and willingness.

A video might hold up in court as you see that she's willing. I would have a script for the users to read to cement the fact that they're both consenting.

Would this work for the community?
