For those not in the know: this is a parody of an actual, serious proposal by a student called Arielle Schlesinger, who wanted to create a "feminist programming language" for her thesis:

This idea was widely ridiculed when it was announced a couple years ago, because the woman in question appears to have no idea what programming languages are about. She appeared to have no experience whatsoever with the design and implementation of programming languages, and it's not even clear whether she has much (if any) programming experience. As far as I know (and, unsurprisingly), she never delivered her "feminist programming language".
