You probably heard the news. US birthrate is pretty low http://www.nytimes.com/2012/12/02/opinion/sunday/douthat-the-birthrate-and-americas-future.html

At its heart the question of birth rates is tied to the question of marriage. He says that there is a dearth of “marriageable men”. Although that’s true, it’s missing the point. The point is why would men even want to get married (or remarried) if it comes with 40%+ chance of divorce?

No wonder there is a shortage, since so many men are sitting in prison for no good reason because of drugs or divorce, committing suicide or just simply wising up and GTOW. Or maybe there is a shortage or marriage-able women out there, yet, no MSM writer would be able to EVER come out and say that 34+ women with strong sexual history are less marriageable, regardless of looks, career and education.

At the same time Obama declares that having fewer men attend college is a success. Or rly? Colleges decide to play god with people’s lives by lowering the standard of evidence for rape to Soviet Union's "suspicion is conviction."

All the feel good “for the sake of the child” programs are backfiring. Alimony and child support sometimes benefit the current children, but mostly they benefit the mothers. Yet many men are taking notice and not having children in the first place. Government programs backfiring, who could have thought /s? For decades feminists fooled women that the only thing that matters in life is education and career. That finding and keeping a good man is a non-goal.

The decline of birth rates is obviously a bad thing for America. This means that the state projections for all the feel-good programs are going to get a lot worse. If you thought social security and medicare were in trouble now, just wait.

However on evolutionary scale, one must always look at this with a Zen attitude. The most feminist societies will have the lowest birthrates and will vanish into obscurity.
