The ACLU is very upset, as is to be expected of an organisation that only protects your rights if you are from the correct tribe. The great irony is that their complaint (rules allow institutions to subject sexual harassment claims to different standards than other forms of harassment) also applies to the previous rules, but the ACLU didn't care when institutions were allowed (and encouraged) to discriminate against men.

We already have the right to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. That right is being infringed. If DeVos respects that right, good for her!
