Men are bad because they like to do dirty things to women. Women don't like to do dirty things to men. Consequently, only women need their own toilet.

So conventional wisdom seems to go.

Why not? Women take longer in the bathroom due to the ease of standing up to pee.

Who cares? Just go in the women's room and claim "But there's no men's room, so I went to the next best thing."

And if they claim there is a unisex room right next to it say "But I'm male, not unisex."

Stupidity can always be combated with comedy.
