If you figure the percentage by which men are worse than women based on crime, the difference is laughable.

I did the maths tailored on Italy and women killed in relationships.

The sample is about 20 million of chances it can happen (there's no official figure for this though), the difference in occurrence is 100, so men in relationships tend to kill 0.00035% more than women

"But all the murderers are men" yes 100 people out of 40 million are murderers, that speaks volumes about the other 39.999.900 doesn't it?

It shows how statements like “men are rapists” employ the nadir/apex fallacy. The vast majority of men are not committing these crimes. As this study shows, it’s a very small percent.

I feel it’s important because stereotyping all men based on a minority is how policies that discriminate against men come to be.

Yes, it absolutely does. A lot of feminists (in my experience) tend to use crime stats as a justification to label ALL men as potential rapists, murderers, stalkers, and even child molesters. Just for clarification, I have no issue with anyone taking measures to protect themselves from strangers, the issue comes when they create immense infactual generalizations supported by essentialy no evidence to label a group of people as any of the things I named above.

The reality is that majority of crime is comitted by a minority of people called repeat offenders, as demonstrated in the study, where they found that 1% of the population is responsible for 63% of crime.

Here's a direct quote from the study:

The majority of violent crimes are perpetrated by a small number of persistent violent offenders, typically males, characterized by early onset of violent criminality, substance abuse, personality disorders, and nonviolent criminality.

In general terms, data helps us. This isn't any different, if you wanted a data source, particularly a published/scientific paper about violent crime and who commits it/how much of the population commits it.

But in context sensitive terms? MRA's biggest opponents already have trouble distinguishing just how few men (relative to total male and total overall population) actually run the world, all the while crying about how "All men run the world!"

So I think you might find limited usefulness of the data; or need to gauge the interest/persuasiveness of how best to use this data in any "real" discussion.
