I'm so glad this sub exists because for years I have thought exactly the things that have been said here. It seems plain to me that North American society is attempting to kill of the male species. To basically mute, neuter or abolish men (real men) in society is the end of that society. It feels that as a man all I am is expendable, ignorable and irrelevant until my paycheck or my services are required.

I've always said I believe in equality but I don't think that's really what the "equal rights" activists want. All I see is special privilege for anyone who isn't an old school guy. I am now leaning towards becoming exactly what I am labelled as. Toxic, misogynistic, chauvinistic, and self serving. It didn't work to try being an equal so maybe I should now just look out for me and me alone. At least this way I don't feel fake and as though I am pandering to the masses at the cost of my own values.
