Not quite. SRS isn't a hate group, the title bar is very clearly sarcastic. Demonspawn is actually the moderator of a hate group, but is using the term "hate group" as a negative.

You are terrible at analogies. For your analogy to be apt, SRS would have to actually be sexist. If you can prove SRS to be sexist, then you'd have a point.

I have never seen anyone actually claim to hate white men. If you somehow interpret "white males are advantaged in Western society", as "I hate the white man", I don't know what to tell you.

If what is so frequent and obvious? Misandry in their comments, or misandry in SRS? I think it's pretty obvious when the subreddit "subtitle" (?) was something like "white male castigation station", the number of subscribers is given by "X straight cis-gendered white men", and the majority of the front page is from MR.

I'm sure your response will be "well if MRAs didn't say stuff like this we wouldn't link to them" or some variation of that herp derp. It's pretty obvious SRS is just /r/worstof for feminists, where submissions don't have to be "bad", just opposing typical feminist rhetoric. Here's an example. It's quite obvious to those who know how to read that, in context, "derail" means "call them out on false or misleading statistics" and/or challenging the university on its policy. But SRS subscribers don't care, misleading statistics are the bread and butter of their movement, therefore that comment opposes feminist rhetoric, therefore it needs to be downvoted.

If SRS wasn't really about downvoting comments, and was about "comedy, not activism" as the sidebar says, only screencaps of the comments would be accepted. For all the feminist whining about "MRA entryism", you guys make entire subreddits dedicated to just that. It's kind of funny.

Regarding the three you listed, I've only really seen the first, and he seems a staunch traditionalist. How is this relevant though? I've explained numerous times that the reflection of an individual's actions on the movement they belong to is proportional to their influence and/or power. Demonspawn is a random commenter. If you want to play this game though, I'll submit a moderator of SRS, Teefs. His/her comment history is a cesspool of self-righteous fucknuttery.

Yeah, that's pretty horrible. If you are going to a rape event to "call out people" on statistics, you're a pretty shitty person. Especially considering there will probably be a lot of rape survivors in attendance.

God forbid we favor intellectually honest discourse over emotional pandering. Wasn't SRS whining about Bill Maher the other day? Where he says men (and women) have to just nod their heads, and hold feelings over facts? Because you want direct quotes, when understanding of one's ideology usually comes simply from the tone and content of their arguments. Stormfront prohibits racial slurs, but it's easy to see they're racists given their forums. In addition to what I've already stated, which I don't believe was done justice by "durr it's sarcasm", I just found this one; here's a guy being called an apologist for rape apologists, and essentially being told his opinion is worthless because he's a man ("man-splaining"). Not to mention how "SRS feminists" like to bring up "white men" (not just "men", they have to be white, that's how you subtly slander MR as racist) and "privilege" when it's completely irrelevant to the situation, just so they can beat themselves off about how oppressed they are.

Hell, now that I think of it, there are many stupid things we take pride in as human beings. Americans seem to take pride in not getting enough sleep. "I only got 4 hours and I'm fine". "Yeah well, I only got a brief nap and I'm wide-awake!". Except radical feminists, who pretty much make up the entire SRS population, prefer to argue about who's more oppressed, but band together when it comes to straight white males. Yes, it is. You are trying to prove that rape happens less often. How is proving that rape happens less a men's rights issue? Rape effects men as well as women. If you are showing up at an assembly on rape with the intent of "derailing the event", it sounds pretty pro-rape.

That is not "minimizing rape". Your word choice was poor, but probably purposefully. If somebody says something like "minimizing the political fallout", they're not discussing whether the political fallout is lesser or greater than what is believed, they're discussing how to best minimize the effects of what political fallout will occur. By analogy, "minimizing rape" would be hiding how often it really happens to minimize some type of public response. I suspect you'll feign ignorance here so I'll leave it at that.

Because rape hysteria (and DV hysteria too) feeds fear culture against men, which obviously has an effect on men. This isn't a difficult concept.

You know what also derails an event? Showing up to an execution with evidence that the condemned is innocent. Guess that means they're pro-letting-criminals-go-free. Wait, the condemned person is innocent. Wait, those rape statistics are horse shit. Some things need to be derailed.

Exaggerated rape statistics scare women for no reason, and demonize men. They aid the "guilty before innocent" mindset when it comes to males accused of rape. They lead to the federal government requiring universities to lower their standard of evidence when investigating sexual assault claims. And, what I believe is the primary reason, exaggerated problems women face puts more money in the pockets of women's groups who otherwise have little to complain about.

You'd think, as a feminist, you'd realize the demeaning and minimization (note how the word is used correctly) of issues men face was also done to feminists when they made their voices heard. The front page of MR has submissions about teacher/student relations, the experience of someone falsely accused of rape, alimony, sexist commercials, minimization of male rape, and circumcision. Which of these, pray tell, is synonymous with "beating each other off about how 'oppressed' they are"?
