A guy who is visibly a bad person, fat, not making any effort in life, has the right to set whatever boundaries he wants, and desire whomever he wants. Same applies to women. I don't see what business it is of yours or anyone else's. If a fat 70 year old woman with no education only wants to date tall rich playboys, that's her prerogative. Making fun of such people seems unwarranted and distasteful.

And yes, it is misogyny. Just like it is misandry to call a man a "choosing beggar" for refusing to date a woman he finds undesirable.

Also, I oppose the notion of telling people to lower their standards in order to find a partner, as if being alone is some kind of curse to be rid of in any way possible. It is infinitely better to be alone than to be with someone you don't want. So, let people have high or even unrealistic standards. I say, good for them. Even if they eventually die alone, at least they lived by their own rules.

Yes, it very much is, if those actions harm literally no one, and you are hating on them for illogical reasons.

Here are some examples of making fun of someone's actions being bigoted:

Making fun of a man for having submissive sex, calling him emasculated, weak, pathetic, cuck, betafag, etc, is misandrist.

Making fun of a woman for liking casual sex, calling her a whore, is misogyny.

Making fun of a man for purchasing a fancy sports car, alleging that he has a small penis or that he has a midlife crisis, is misandry.

Making fun of a woman for wearing revealing clothing, calling her a slut, is misogyny.

All of these examples are about people doing their own thing, living their lives, harming no one.

Sure, you have the right of free speech to make fun of them, but in doing so, you are the one who is being an asshole.

It is not about projecting at all, but it is called being self conscious. I know what I deserve and what I don't. The world doesn't owe me shit, I have to earn it. If I am a 6/10 man, why the hell should I expect a 9/10 or 10/10? And then end up old and complaining where are all the good women?

I strongly advise you to talk to a mental health professional, because it sounds like you have a serious problem. Maybe depression? I don't know, I'm no expert. But this idea of portraying your low self-worth as "reality" is a very common symptom of depression, especially when you talk about having to "earn" affection and intimacy, as if the other person is doing you a favour by being attracted to you. You talk as if you're some filthy peasant.

I am 67 years old, mate. I grew up during second-wave feminism and lived through the sexual revolution. I understand you lashing out and trying to insult me for challenging your beliefs, but try to control yourself and be civil. Get an insight on how they think. Ask them about this stuff. Listen to their thoughts. It will broaden your horizons.
