Not sure much as changed since you posted it but most of the advice seems pretty sound. As in, you can't presume to be able to stop her but have a serious sit down discussion about it. I have no problem with the majority of this.

I agree with what some people are saying in that you need to see what the issues are that are causing her to consider an abortion and try to find solutions to try and see whether her concerns can be addressed without it coming to her having an abortion.

However in the interests of genuine equality, something needs to be said here should that fall through and she goes through with the abortin anyway. One thing you need to ask yourself is if you could forgive her if, after all of that, she still went ahead and killed your child. Could you still stay with her? If the answer is no, then if it gets to that point, make it clear that if she goes ahead with this, you will never be able to forgive her for killing your child and that if she goes ahead with it, she's on her own.

This may ultimately legally be solely her choice, but at the end of the day, our choices have consequences. If she cannot fully respect your feelings on the matter as the child's father, then quite simply put, not only are you under no obligation to support her decision, but if she did go ahead with it and disregard the trauma it would put you through when you are clearly so ready to be a father, she is completely undeserving of your support.

i'm pro-choice, (although i advocate for financial abortion for males as well)

however, i can't comprehend a man forcing an abortion of a girl's child to be "murder" while she can have an abortion against the man's will with absolutely no repercussion.

the guy should be charged with assault or something at most for forcing dangerous chemicals into her body without permission, but murder? removal of an undeveloped child is only murder when a man does it i guess.

It seems rather obvious that if abortion is the sole choice of the woman, then for things to be equal and fair, the father should also have the option of legal parental surrender. In fact, it seems that knowing the father is NOT going to be involved or supporting the child is a pretty key point in the mother making her decision to carry to term or not.

Well there's some decent advice given the situation. It's not like he's going to be able to get any reproductive rights in the first place, so he has to work with what's given to him. I don't see this turning out in his favor though. I'm definitely pro-choice, I'd rather neither party be forced into being a parent against their will. Unfortunately, this is what female privilege looks like.
