I requested resumes from my female friends, and their qualifications are no better than mine, with some even having less impressive resumes. Surprisingly, they received interview offers (OAs). I also reached out to several of my male friends, none of whom received OAs. Given TikTok's general perception as a conservative-leaning media platform, this situation raises concerns about the local HR practices. Is there a way we can report this to the company's headquarters and address the issue?(And, maybe, take those HR down?)
