Attempting to deliberately keep children from a parent out of spite is pretty clear evidence they should not be the custodial parent.

Imagine if that were court policy...and you were faced with TWO parents both trying to prove they wanted the other parents rights respected. If court policy worked to bring parents together in the interests of the children, instead of rewarding divisive behavior.

Cheating on your spouse and ruining your family makes you a bad parent. You were really out of line and need to pick your battles. What are you trying to accomplish trying to make a woman in a bad situation feel bad?

This is what gets me about divorce, sometimes people are bad parents. Mother, father either or can be a bad parent. Why does it seem to me that judges always side with woman! I've heard plenty of cases where a woman who is a terrible terrible mother gets rights and a dad who sure, makes mistakes but is an EXCELLENT father has none. If a man is a good father he shouldn't be denied seeing his children for mistakes he made with his wife. It's so frustrating for me, and I'm a woman!

Well to be fair, I see men do this too, except they often refuse to pay support instead. I think what the court system really fails to address is the issue of cheating/infidelity as a form of emotional abuse separate from the civil matter of divorce . This is because of course there are no real laws against cheating/infidelity, and in a civil setting at least there should be aside from the personal views of a judge . When people feel they are victims of a serious wrong they will often act out defiantly or in spite at the very least when the offending issue isn't brought justice .This woman is hung up on the pain of betrayal and has no recourse other than to make a divorce as bitter and hateful as possible until she feels satisfied in her pursuit of retribution . If there was a way to legally punish someone separately from the typical divorce/custody battle for the severe emotional pain that comes from betrayal, the legal retribution would probably allow for people to move past the prior wrongs and focus on co parenting down the road.

My wife cheated like a piece of shit that she is and still thinks like the bitch above... All women think that way, the justice system gave them this "entitlement" feeling...
