It's mainly about real laws. When it comes to "social things" the list goes on. Just want to mention the 'accepted sexism' or even the denial that sexism against men can exist. Then the biased media coverage about men, the male roles in movies ...

First of all, I have no idea why people are coming down so hard on you in particular. People have made much more hostile posts than yours and gotten more thorough replies.

Anyway, to answer your question, in terms of legal rights:

Genital integrity.
Any form of FGM, from the destructive to the non-invasive, is banned across most of the west. Baby boys are still cut every day and denied their fundamental right to genital integrity.
Selective/mandatory service.
In the U.S., men (and only men) have to register for the draft. In South Korea, men are required to serve, while women are not.
Acknowledging rape.
The legal definition of rape requires forced penetration, meaning that men who are forced to have intercourse aren't counted in rape statistics. When you include "made to penetrate" in rape statistics, men and women are raped at equal rates.
Covered health services.
Under the Affordable Care Act (American law), only women have access to free domestic violence screening and counseling, despite the fact that almost half of DV victims are men. Here's the page for men.

There are other aspects of equality which men are supposed to have, but in practice they are not applied evenly. Off the top of my head (U.S. perspective):

There is a gender sentencing gap which is six times larger than the racial sentencing gap.
In a situation where the woman is abusing the man, the male victim is more than 50% more likely to get arrested than his female abuser. This is largely due to the Duluth model, which assumes that "male privilege" is a component in DV situations.
The U.S. has thousands of women's shelters, and as of this comment, two men's shelters. They were going to open a third in New York last year, but they decided at the last minute that it would be "threatening to children" and changed it to a women's shelter.
Presumption of innocence is now being eroded in colleges and courtrooms when men are accused of sexual crimes. Criticism of this problem is often used to spuriously accuse us of being rape apologists.
Sexual assault is often not taken seriously when the victim is male. There are videos on Youtube of actors portraying gender-swapped situations in public. When the man is abusive, people rush in and immediately restrain him. When the woman is abusive, people record videos and laugh. (I have been in this situation myself with so-called "friends" who did nothing.)
Family courts are still horribly one-sided, and most often results in women getting child custody.
Alimony is pointless. A spouse should not be punished for having his/her heart broken. We have welfare and training programs if a newly-single adult needs to get back on their feet. This is something that predominantly affects men, but in theory this is a gender-neutral issue.
Child support/reproductive rights. There are cases when male victims of statutory rape were compelled by law to pay child support. Men have no ability to opt out of parenthood, nor do they always have the same rights to the child once they are born.

This leads to a lot of problems, one of the biggest of which is suicide rates. Men are four-to-five times as likely to kill themselves. Women are also 60% of college graduates, and as mentioned above, when abused, men often have nowhere to go, or are assumed to be abusers. Shit is getting worse for men, and for some reason nobody wants to talk about it.

The premise of your question is flawed. We all(men and women) have the same rights. They are simply applied unequally.
